NOCP considers all tuition payments, fees, proration payments, and deposits as non-refundable.
Tuition is due on the first of every month and becomes delinquent if not received in full by the 10th day of the month and forfeiture of enrollment will result. NOCP charges an annual materials fee that will contribute to classroom and emergency kit needs each year.This fee will be paid upon enrollment along with the first installment of student's tuition.
